Distinctive features

The trademarks, logos and designs appearing on the Nordnet Sites and Nordnet order forms belong to Nordnet, to the third parties concerned or to the companies in the group to which it belongs. Any reproduction, imitation or use, in whole or in part, of these distinctive signs without their express authorisation and in breach of the prohibitions set out in particular in articles L. 513-2 et seq. and L. 713-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code shall incur the liability of their author.

The other distinctive signs, company names and trade names, product and service names, brand names and domain names reproduced on the Sites are the property of Nordnet, the companies with which it has a relationship or the companies in the group to which it belongs. Any reproduction without express authorisation is may render the author liable, in particular on the basis of article 1240 of the French Civil Code.

Nordnet prohibits any use of its brands and name as keywords, particularly in the context of an SEO service. Any use without its express prior consent will render the author liable on the aforementioned grounds.

Content of Nordnet Sites

The general structure of the Nordnet Sites, as well as each of the elements of which they are composed taken independently, in particular the text (articles, documentation, etc.), data and graphic elements (visuals, videos, etc.), constitute works that are protected by the law and regulations relating to intellectual property, specifically by copyright, drawings and models, trademark law and the sui genesis right of the producer of databases.

Any representation, modification, total or partial use of the Nordnet Sites or of one of the elements of which they are composed without the prior and express authorisation of Nordnet is prohibited, as is the setting up of deep hypertext links to any of the contents and Sites of Nordnet (where applicable under the responsibility of the person). Failure to comply with these prohibitions may constitute an infringement as per the terms of articles L. 335-3 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Nordnet is not subject to any obligation to monitor the information and content that you may post on Nordnet Sites and in particular the Nordnet blog (https://blog.nordnet.com). In this respect, you guarantee that any information or comment submitted to Nordnet via the Nordnet Sites is made in accordance with the applicable rules and in particular does not infringe any intellectual property right.

Use of cookies

Nordnet informs you that one or more cookies (small text files) may be automatically installed on your computer's hard disk when you visit one of Nordnet's Sites. These cookies help Nordnet to ensure global navigation and ordering chains work properly, to promote services, to carry out audience measurements, to provide you with targeted advertising, to draw up statistics in particular on the number of visits to the Nordnet Sites and quality measurements, but also to personalise access to the Sites.

You can refuse the installation of these cookies by using our cookie management tool, and/or of deleting the cookies installed during your visit to one of the Nordnet Sites, using your browser's toolbar or any other applicable means. Personal data

Nordnet informs you that whilst using the services offered on the Nordnet Sites, you are likely to communicate certain personal data.

This data is required to process your requests and, where applicable, to manage the contractual or pre-contractual relationship, unless indicated as optional. The legal basis for processing may be the fulfillment of pre-contractual or contractual measures or your consent. This data may also be processed to meet Nordnet's legal obligations or due to its legitimate interest in improving its offers. The data is kept for the duration of the relationship with Nordnet and for the duration of the legal statute of limitations as from your last contact. This data may be used to make an automated decision, based on profiling. You guarantee the accuracy of the personal details provided and undertake to keep them up to date. Failure to reply or inaccuracy in the content of the information provided may prevent Nordnet from fulfilling all or part of its service.

Information may be transferred to a third country for the purposes of fulfilling the contract, to subcontractors or legitimate recipients involved in providing services, or to the competent authorities, administrations or bodies.

Collection and processing of your personal data are carried out under the responsibility of Nordnet, represented by its Chief Executive Officer, in compliance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, amended by law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004 and law no. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Directive), and are intended for Nordnet's departments and partners responsible for carrying out your request and any follow-up that may result.

In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit or object to the processing of your personal data on legitimate grounds and, if applicable, the right to the portability of your personal data. Since the law of 5 September 2018 on freedom of choice regarding one’s professional future (no. 2018-771, article 104), the Professional Gender Equality Index has been designed to advance equal pay between women and men within companies. It enables companies to measure the gender pay gap transparently and highlight areas for improvement. When pay disparities are identified, corrective measures must be taken.

It is based on four indicators:

• Gender pay gap: 38 points out of 40 
• Difference in the rate of individual increases between women and men: 35 points out of 35;
• Percentage of employees returning from maternity leave during the year who received an increase on their return to work if increases were granted during their leave: 15 points out of 15;
• Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest earners: 5 points out of 10.
